Alpha Trailers Limited is proudly based in Tamahere, Hamilton – right in the heart of the Waikato. Our journey began in Kerikeri, Northland back in November 2017, and since then we’ve built a strong reputation for trailers that are truly made to last.

With more than 45 years of hands-on experience in trailer design, engineering, and manufacturing – both here in New Zealand and in Zimbabwe – the Alpha Trailers brand has been built on quality, durability, and genuine craftsmanship.

In November 2025, ownership of Alpha Trailers was passed on with pride and goodwill to Ray George, Waikato local, as founder Stuart Duff stepped into a well-earned, more relaxed role (with plenty more time for fishing!). Ray brings decades of engineering experience and a lifelong passion for boating and the outdoors, making him the perfect person to carry on Stuart’s legacy.

Now operating from Tamahere, our mission remains the same: to deliver exceptional trailers, outstanding service, and unbeatable value to boaties across the North Island. We’re committed to supporting Kiwi boating adventures for many years to come — because at Alpha Trailers, we don’t just build trailers… we build trust, reliability, and confidence on the road and on the water.
